We start every harvest season by handpicking the Sémillon grapes, in order to ensure sufficient acidity. The grapes are pressed directly and ferment on the site before being entrusted to our winemaker who, in his underground cellar, obtains the appropriate effervescence. This excellent sparkling wine is eminently suitable for aperitif or dessert and is always synonymous with conviviality and celebration.
